Stuffed Shrimp and Seafood Potatoes with Garlic Butter Pork Chops



We get the Sunday paper (mostly for the coupons) and this last week it had a Publix coupon for $2 off any seafood purchase.  We decided to try their Stuffed Shrimp and Seafood Potatoes.  They were very simple to make – just preheat the oven to 375 and bake for 25 – 30 minutes.  If you enjoy crab cakes I would highly recommend trying them out. 
Lance made us a salad and pork chops to go with the potatoes.  The pork chops were marinated for a few hours in a mix of Caesar & pear vinaigrette dressings and Worcestershire sauce.  They were then cooked for a few minutes on each side in a pan with butter and garlic.   Nice and easy but very delicious dinner!
