Lazy Friday Night

Tonight we had a lazy Friday night with pizza, beer & a movie.  I tried a new beer called OBP Toasted Coconut Porter.  I’ve had their Orange Blossom Pilsner beer before but this one sounded interesting.  I’m not usually a fan of darker beers, but this one was like dessert – it tasted more like chocolate than coconut to me though. 

Usually when we have pizza at home we make it ourselves, but tonight we took the easy route and just tossed a DiGiorno in the oven – Buffalo-Style Chicken with Cheese Stuffed Crust.  We ended our unhealthy night with Ben & Jerry’s ice cream – flavors “Everything But The…” and “New York Super Fudge Chunk”.  Both super indulgent with large chunks of peanut butter cups, fudge covered almonds, and walnuts. 

We’ll need to put in some serious exercise this weekend to make up for our splurge tonight, but it was worth it.
